If you're considering HRT for other menopause symptoms—hot flashes, sleep disruption, bone density—skin benefits are a documented bonus. But major menopause societies generally state HRT should not be prescribed for skin alone due to risk-benefit considerations. The decision is multi-factorial: symptom burden, bone health, cardiovascular risk, personal history.
